May 13, 2013 - PPM - Taxing our Intelligence

This week's PET PEEVE MONDAY (PPM) is about the Main Stream Media (MSM).

The press was unwilling to cover any of the Obama scandals: Voter fraud and intimidation, Benghazi, the IRS.

However, when we learn that the Obama administration has targeted the Associated Press reporters by tracking phone records -- LOOK OUT!!!

Now, reporters are circling the wagons and posing some REAL questions to Obama. But only because, in fact, THEY have been affected. Welcome to the party.

When you watch Jay Carney, White House spokesman, you cannot help but cringe at the deceit. This Executive Branch is either flat-out lying or dangerously incompetent. Carney warns about "jumping to conclusions." Somewhere in a federal prison, a crappy video guy enjoys a chuckle because he was blamed for Benghazi by Obama.

It's hard to fathom that we can't profile terrorists but the IRS can profile conservative groups.

Ironically, Carney leads us that someone else is responsible for Benghazi, the IRS, and the AP snooping, yet George Bush was solely responsible for the "Greatest Recession since the Great Depression."

I'm sure the IRS will work out all the kinks and leaks in their system by the time they start to enforce and run ObamaCare next year. If the IRS had targeted Planned Parenthood or MoveOn, the Internet would have melted down by now.

It is important to remember history:

It's hard to believe that one department was manipulating intelligence for the president's political gain. while another was attacking the president's political enemies and the media was silent until THEY were impacted.

I am PEEVED.
