Sept. 27, 2012 - Loser of the Week - Harry Reid

This week's LOSER OF THE WEEK is Senate Majority Leader(?) Harry Reid (D-NV.)

LOSER Reid had for months said that he had heard from an "unnamed source" that Mitt Romney had not paid taxes for 10 years. No proof, just baseless accusations, that the press repeated and repeated.

Doesn't anyone think that if there were any shred of truth to this accusation that the IRS under the control of the Secretary of Treasury, that reports to the President, would have investigated the claim?

REALLY, 10 years? Someone should ask Wesley Snipes what happens when you don't pay your taxes for 1 year.

When Ronmey released affidavits from himself and his accounting firm that he had paid no less than a 14% effective rate for each of the last 20 years, nobody in the media even asked Reid for a comment.

Now, LOSER Reid (a fellow Mormon) says that Romney has “sullied” the Mormon faith and that the presidential nominee is “not the face of Mormonism.” It is not as if Reid were some low-level staffer or an overly zealous donor. He is, for goodness sakes, the majority leader in the U.S. Senate.

Imagine if House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) said that the Obama had “sullied” the face of Christianity and is “not the face of Christianity”? He would be denounced in every newspaper, and his resignation would be demanded.

I believe LOSER Reid has sullied the Mormon faith by his continued attacks on Romney without fact or reason.

One can only hope that Romney will displace LOSER Reid as the highest elected Mormon on November 6.

It would have been nice if the Nevada voters had realized Reid was a loser.

Reid was told that ROmney didn't pay any taxes for 10 years.... But Romney's only released FINALLY...the last 2/two years. Mitt's father, George, former Republican Governor of Michigan ran for the Republican nomination against Nixon in 1968 and released 12 STRAIGHT years of his tax//1955-67, claiming that it was TOO easy for someone to HIDE assets and income sources. Also, there is a STRONG rumor that either Mitt and/or Ann Romney HAD to file for a one-time TAX AMNESTY @2003. It will ALL come out after the elcetion. Mitt is just a BAD candidate. I'd love to have him as MY investment manager. I'd LOVE to know how someone can create a $100 million IRA portfolio for themselves while only being permitted/by fedeal law to contribute $30 thousand a year to it! Mitt knows the tax code TOO well...he'll NEVER simplify it...EVER.
